Return policy (Online purchases)
We make sure that all the products/merchandise we ship are clean, complete, wearable, with 100% functionality and without any defect or damage. Each product is personally checked and verified by the Warehouse Facility Packer. If by any reason, the Customer finds any defect or damage, we will make a refund for the price paid for the merchandise, by agreement between both parties, excluiding Shipping fees (If applicable).
In some cases, the Customer will have to ship and return the merchandise in order to receive the requested refund. The return shipping fee will not be paid for the Company, so the Customer can send the merchandise back to us using his/her preffered postal service company. In other cases, we will make the refund and the Customer can keep the damaged merchandise.
All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, clean, in new condition, and contain all original packaging, including attached tags and labels as well as the original receipt or invoice.
Send us an e-mail via: email@example.com and write us about the situation. The e-mail must be sent within 14 days from the receiving date stipulated by UPS tracking services. The Customer must include the number located on the upper-right side of the paper invoice inside the shipment box. The invoice number will appear in his way: THRweb######/2018. Also, the customer will write the reason for the refund. The paragraph must be accompanied by pictures of the product showing the damage details.
Once we receive the e-mail with the required information, we will check and evaluate each case. This can take up to 10 business days from the date the e-mail is received. All the attached photos will be thoroughly inspected, as well as the reason for the refund. The Customer will be notified via email with the Company's decision.
Defective merchandise refers to all merchandise showing manufacturing flaws or defects. The term defective does not include flaws arising from excessive or improper use, scratches, worn or faded soles, damage or loss of ornaments, faded merchandise, merchandise that stains the skin or stockings, discomfort, or incorrect size.
When requesting a refund, transactions will be processed using the original form of payment. The value credited shall be equal to the value paid, and the transaction shall be conditioned in accordance to the stipulations of the original offer. Shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
