All our “Pick-up In store” sales are applicable to the same return and exchange policy as the purchases made at any of our locations. Our In-store return and exchange policy consists in the following 3 options:

 

- 30 days to exchange the item(s) in-store:

 

Item(s) must be clean, complete, and with all the original packaging and labels, also, the customer must have the invoice/proof of purchase, or the “theroompr.com” customer account credentials on-hand. That way we can find the specific purchase invoice on our online sales data-base.

 

- Return the item(s) for a store credit, valid for 6 months:

 

Item(s) must be clean, complete, and with all the original packaging and labels, also, the customer must have the invoice/proof of purchase, or the “theroompr.com” customer account credentials on-hand.

 

The credit will be available to use immediately on the same store that the item or items were returned. After 24 hours of the return date and time, the store credit will be available to shop on any of our 7 locations in Puerto Rico. The store credit will be valid for 6 months after the issued date.

 

The store credit can only be used to shop in-store. It is not valid for online purchases.

 

- Return the item(s) for a full-refund of the total purchase amount:

 

This option is only available for factory broken or factory damaged merchandise. A member of your selected retail location will inspect and verify the item(s) to certify that the item arrived with a factory damage to the company.

 

Item(s) must be clean, complete, and with all the original packaging and labels, also, the customer must have the Invoice or proof of purchase, or the “theroompr.com” customer account credentials on-hand.

 

The total amount of the purchase including state and city taxes will be returned in the form of cash only.
