Covid 19 updates from the USPS Postal Service: U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.
  • In-store pickup Information:

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS IN PUERTO RICO. The local pickup orders can not be picked-up/processed on the same day as purchased because we have to make sure that the item is in-stock at the store that you prefer to visit, plus all the pickups are processed at our warehouse and then, the orders are transported to the corresponding stores...

Its super important that you, leave us your telephone number and e-mail address, so we can communicate and let you know your pickup date or any issues with the order. That way, you will know when your order is fully ready, because the team from that store will call you, and you may visit the store for a quick-stop or enjoy our newest service: curbside pickup (call when you're there).

The pickup hours may vary. Orders made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays will be processed and sent to corresponding stores on Tuesdays by order of arrival, if the items on each order are in-stock at the moment. This process may take up to 7 business days. Orders made on the rest of the week, are processed daily, but not transported to the stores on the same day. Contact us for additional information.

Important information about pickups: Orders left at the pickup location for 21 days or more, will be returned to the e-Commerce warehouse in Plaza del Norte Mall, Hatillo, and the customer will have two options:

1) A store credit to use and spend on any of our 8 physical locations.

2) Pay for the shipping of the order. An invoice will be sent upon customer's request.

These customers will be contacted via e-mail and contact number.

Orders made on weekends will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays by order of arrival. Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address or a telephone number so we can contact you if any of the items on your order are not available.  We promise that we won't call you for anything else.




If your order's total amount is $100 (before taxes for PR residents), it qualifies for Free Shipping. There are some exclusions:

Notice: this items are available for In-store pickups, Curbside Pickups, and Paid Shipping Methods. We could ship them by customer's request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

The shipping method used for these "free shipping" transactions is "USPS Parcel Post" If you need/wish to receive your order sooner, we recommend you to add the "USPS Priority Mail", which takes less days to arrive at your home or postal place. This last option will be covered by the customer.


 Shipping Methods for orders that don't qualify for the "Free Shipping" offer:

    We offer USPS priority mail, USPS parcel post, and USPS first class package. The Priority Mail Service will take 1-3 (business days, after processed and scanned at the postal office) for Puerto Rico's orders, and 3 to 7 business days for any US (50 states) order (after the order has been processed, packed, and scanned by the postal officer). If the item/s to ship are not in stock at the moment, the order will take more time. To enjoy the Priority service, you must select it on the "checkout" page. Once that we leave the orders at the Post Office, we do not have any control of the arriving time. Be advised, that since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, all the arriving times and dates may be affected because the shipping service is a paid service by the customer.

    The First class service (not Parcel Post) is used for small items; It usually has a lower cost and it will take 3-7 business days (after the order has been processed,packed and scanned by the postal officer) to arrive; this applies for PR and USA orders. If the item/s to ship are not in stock at the moment, the order will take more time.

    We also offer the Priority Mail EXPRESS Service. This is our premium service because your order will arrive in just 1-2 business days, once the order is processed, and scanned by the post officer. To make sure that its shipped on the same-day, the order has to be made between: Monday 8:00am - Thursday 11:00am. The Post Office ships these packages at 3:00pm. If your order is outside of this parameters, the service will be affected. Be advised that since the stat of the Covid-19 pandemic, the USPS Postal Service has a longer waiting time and rules.

    All of the mentioned before applies once that the order is fully processed and left at the post office.

    Make sure that you provide us with a correct and valid address, so your order arrives on time and to your desired place. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages if the customer provides an incorrect address. Once that we drop the package orders on the Post Office, we don't have any control of the arrival dates, delays, or lost packages. If the order gets lost or returned because of an incorrect address (provided by the customer at the checkout), the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to receive the order back again. If you're in P.R., we can send the order to your nearest store and that way you don't have to pay an additional shipping fee. All other others will be re-sent by mail.
