Store and Curbside Pickups

As a responsive measure towards changes in a modern and digital world, we have added the "Store Pickup". This is a "shipping" option shown in the "checkout" as the following: In-store Pickup

The store pickup is not a same-day service. This means that the orders can not be picked-up/processed in the same day as purchased, because we have to make sure that the item is in stock at the store that you prefer to pick your order, or at the e-commerce warehouse in our Hatillo's store. 

When ordering, the customer's telephone number is very important, because our team will call when the order arrives to the desired store. Leave us an order note or reply the order confirmation e-mail with the store that you will visit to do the pickup.

The pickup hours may vary. Orders made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays will be processed and sent to corresponding stores on Tuesdays, if the items on each order are in-stock. Orders made on the rest of the week, are processed daily. The pickup process may take up to 4 business days and the customer will receive a phone call from the store when the order is ready for pickup.
